On 09 May 2024, our team performed live TAMIS (TransAnal Minimally Invasive Surgery) as part of the 1st National Congress of the Azerbaijan Minimally Invasive Surgeons Society, held at the Republican Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (RDM).
On 09 May 2024, as part of the 1st National Congress of the Azerbaijan Minimally Invasive Surgeons Society held at the Republican Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (RDM), our team performed live TAMIS (TransAnal Minimally Invasive Surgery).
During the operation, a modern transanal minimally invasive technique was used for a patient diagnosed with rectal cancer (T1N0M0).
This live operation was part of an international scientific and educational programme organised by AMICC 2024 and Almaz Akademie Medical Training Center.
